I stickpaketet ingår allt garn du behöver för att sticka en jumper med helmönstrat front i storlek upp till XL. (XL = plaggets mått 120cm runt bröstet).

The kit includes all the yarn needed to knit a pullover with patterned fronts size XL.
(XL = the size of the garment 120cm / 47 inches around the chest).
The instruction include an XXL size but you will need an to purchase an extra 100 gram of the main color yarn.
We have chosen to also offer yarns in the pattern colors in 25g skeins, so it is easier to get an idea of which colors are included in the Axes kit.

Yxorna baseras på originalmönster och originalplagg ur museisamlingar och garnet har färgats in efter originalplagg.
The Axes is originaly designed by Bohus Stickning / Emma Jacobsson mid 1940th.
The Axes was recreated by Solveig Gustafsson 2000.
To recreate the Axes original charts were closely studied and vintage garments carefully examined in museums and private collections to make sure that the resulting patterns and yarns would match the original Bohus Stickning garments as closely as possible.

Till Yxorna är alla garnerna 100% ull. Mönsterfärgerna (förutom de naturfärgade) handfärgade av Pernille efter original Bohus Stickning. Merinoullen är mulesingfri.
Bottenfärgen är naturgrå med mörkare gråbrun mönstergarn alternativt svart bottenfärg med vit mönsterfärg. Yxorna kan även erbjudas med brun handfärgad bottenfärg med svart mönstergarn.
For The Axes all yarns are 100% wool. The pattern yarns (apart from natural colors) are hand dyed by Pernille to match the original Bohus Stickning pattern colors. We guarantee that the merino wool we use is produced without the controversial practice mulesing. The main color for Axes is natural gray with a darker browngray patterncolor or black maincolor with pattern in white. The Axes will also be available with a brown handdyed maincolor and black patterncolor.
